Adams Extract & Spices can trace its roots back to
1888 when the first vanilla extract – “Adams Best”,
with its secret recipe that doesn’t bake or freeze
out while enhancing the taste of desserts, puddings,
cakes, custards, creams, and cookies.
Herbs and spices may not be the center of attention
in every meal, but they are necessary in bringing
flavor and taste. In response to greater public
awareness for health foods, Adams Extract & Spices
is a great opportunity for importers and
distributors. Currently the product range consists
of over 100 extracts, spices, and food colors in a
variety of sizes. Its full product line of fine
ingredients consist of fresh extracts, powdered
extracts, food coloring, pure spices, and spice

The latest innovation(available only from
Adams) are the Powdered Extracts which
contain no added Alcohol. As a result,
they are not flammable and safer to use which
makes them great for schools. Safer to
transport too.
Powdered extracts will not discolor the
finished products since they emulsify faster
than liquids in recipes that have a high fat
content, and they will not change the
consistency of icings as liquids do.
Adams powdered extracts can be used “ounce for ounce” in
place of any liquid extract, or as a dusting on your cakes, pies, and cookies. |
