Fluff® has no artificial preservatives and is made by a special batch process. The ingredients are whipped together by large mix masters, similar to smaller electric beaters found in most kitchens. This beating process makes Marshmallow Fluff® light, fluffy and delicious! Fluff® is available in original marshmallow, strawberry and raspberry flavors.

Marshmallow Fluff expands and contracts with temperature changes. On rapid temperature changes it requires sufficient time before the internal pressure is neutralized. Cupping and doming occurs in the meantime
